The Camellia Ballroom is our largest space for meetings, workshops, and seminars. Room is equipped with AV capabilities. AV equipment available for rent.

Accommodates 120 as classroom set-up, 85 at crescent rounds, or 144 at rounds.

Adjacent to the Camellia Ballroom and overlooking the courtyard, the Camellia Sunroom is a semi-private space that serves as an additional location for event registration, vendor tables, or meals. The Camellia Sunroom can be rented independently during weekdays for networking or corporate dinners.

Accommodates 50 cocktail or 48 seated.

The Olympia Room is an intimate room which is great for all-day meetings or business dinners. In recognition of the Mystic Krewe of Olympia, the Olympia Room honors Southern Louisiana history through its name. Room is equipped with AV capabilities. AV equipment available for rent.

Acoommodates 27 seated U-shaped with AV or 32 at rounds without AV

The Cabana Room is a small, bright room that overlooks a small courtyard which serves as an area for breaks or meals. 55" LCD TV available for rent.

Accommodates 12 as conference set-up.

The Courtyard provides a lovely setting for corporate meet-and-greets and networking events.

A true home away from home for the business traveler, the Garden House consists of 5 suites (6 bedrooms) available for booking, with the Lily Room available as an executive lounge for the Sunday - Thursday traveler. When reserving the full Garden House through our sales office, continental breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese are included with the room reservation.
